Product Introduction:
1. The direct-coupled electric motor drive must be installed on ISO 5211 high-platform valves or butterfly valves.
2. The UM/R series electric motor drives are low-power consumption, high-torque electric motor drives.
3. All housing seams are equipped with waterproof seals, certified IP67, and can be installed in various outdoor environments.
4. Smooth opening speed effectively prevents water hammer, extending the lifespan of piping components.
5. The UM/R series electric motor drives allow valve open/close positions to be viewed through the top window or side, or indicated via lights on the wiring control box.

Product Housing:
1. Waterproof rating: IP67
2. Housing parts are made of materials such as "NYLON," which are resistant to high temperatures, acids, alkalis, and impact.
3. Aluminum alloy housing is also available as an option.

Precautions:
1. When using manual operation or performing maintenance, turn off the power first to avoid part damage and hazards. When manually operating, it is recommended that the wrench (8mm opening) length not exceed 10 cm. Turn gently; if it becomes very tight, check if the valve body is locked. Do not use excessive force to avoid damaging internal components.
*Note: Do not use other lever tools to turn the handwheel, as this may damage the electric motor drive and valve.
2. After completing wiring, check if the waterproof device (O-ring) has fallen off, then tighten the housing and ensure the cable gland screws are securely fastened to prevent dust or water ingress. (It is recommended that customers use wiring with a minimum diameter of 6Φ or above.)
3. If two or more electric valves need to open or close synchronously, install relays—one per valve—and do not use series or parallel connections.
4. During manual operation, ensure the window pointer does not exceed the scale range to avoid damaging internal components. (For proportional types: damage to the variable resistor (VR).)
